New Europa
New Europa is Rogrecian territory. Rogrecians settled here around the same time the artificial moon of Old Pangia was completed. Here Rogrecians do their best to assure the people of New Pangia that their race are not all in agreeance with the main government of Old Pangia. Their technology is shared and the democratic government which is in place is run by anyone born in the country and elected into public office. New Europa has no army. This was one of the many conditions set by humans around the globe when Rogrecians first attempted to settle without opposition and eventual war.
