In this territory, Hitojin and unevolved humans live side by side. Here, though technology isn't uncommon, mysticism is relied on far more heavily. Great strides in the mystic arts have been made given the balance of races here. Some say that this is due to its close proximity to a common resting place for the territories of Atlantis. Others believe that those who live here expand their knowledge base and abilities by drawing on the ambient magical force which appeared when the Emperor passed away. It is said that the Emperor's final battle ended here, at which point in time Hell became fixed in place above this land mass.
